clone and stamp 

use 

1.hold w  to set the center point of the ref and use

left and right arrow to rotate the ref plate

2.use navigation arrow to shift the position of ref frame

3.use blur and grain to match the blur frame

4.in paint node a tab filter new in silhouette

use diff ref for different frame
