Excel control

1. =CONCATENATE(cell1, cell2) → Combine text from different cells.
• Alt + =  : sum all
2. Alt + H + A L / C / R → Align cell content (Left / Center / Right).
• Alt + H + FI + S → TO add number automate
• Alt + H + B + A/N → TO add boarder
• Alt + H +O + I /A→ auto fit 
3. Ctrl + Spacebar → Select the entire column.
• Shift + Spacebar → Select the entire row.
4. Ctrl + V → Paste into all selected cells at once.
• Ctrl + D → Fill down (copies the content from the top cell into all selected cells below)
• Ctrl + R = fill the left cell value in right cell
5. Ctrl hit  : the  selected cells come to format ( select multi cell )
• F      C    O     T     S 
6. Ctrl + +/- : to add  or delete row/ column
7. Ctrl + home : first cell

1. Ctrl +T : create table 
2. ALT + W + Q =  it  MOVE TO view menu and zoom level
3. auto fill the Number : first fill the first column ,  then fill two cell with number serise then select the two and double click on rightdown it will fill all automate

2. alt+h+o+u+o = unhide the row
3. ctrl + 0 = hide column
4. Alt + h + o + u +  L = unhide column

1. CTR + SHIFT + L  : Use filter to the particular cell or selected row
2. Alt +↓ = to open the drop down in filter
3. to type ↑ = alt +24

Alt + H + B + A / N → Add or remove borders.

Alt + H + O + I /A→ Auto fit column width/Height.

3 Selection

Ctrl + Space bar → Select the entire column.

Shift + Space bar → Select the entire row.

Ctrl (hold) → Select multiple non-adjacent cells.

4 Editing & Filling

Ctrl + V → Paste into all selected cells.

Ctrl + D → Fill down (copy top cell into selected cells below).

Ctrl + +/- → Insert or delete selected row/ column

5 Navigation

Ctrl + Home → Jump to the first cell (A1).
